We have a Lifetime Warranty in place for our customers. In case of any issues with the product - reach out to us so that we can send out a free replacement for you.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase from NUMANU. If something isn’t right, here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges:


1. What items are eligible for return?

We accept returns of both defective/damaged products and unused, unopened items in their original condition.

All returns are subject to NUMANU’s discretion based on our Lifetime Warranty.


2. Can I exchange a product?

Yes! We’re happy to offer product exchanges, as long as the item is eligible for return (see above).

3. Can I return or exchange a used item?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for used or opened products.

Exceptions may apply at NUMANU’s discretion under our Lifetime Warranty.


4. How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

You can return or exchange your item within 60 days of the purchase date.

Return/exchange timeframes are subject to NUMANU’s discretion under our Lifetime Warranty.


5. How can I return my item?

Returns can be made through the following methods:

By mail (using your preferred shipping carrier)

At one of our pickup/return points (if available in your area — contact support to confirm)

6. Are there any fees for returns?

Yes — a 15% restocking fee applies to returns of non-defective items.
Shipping fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

7. Do you provide a return shipping label?

We do not include a return label in the package by default.
If you need to return a product, you can:

8. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days (minus any applicable restocking fees).

9. Grommet Orders Policy

All Grommet orders are final sale. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
